1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ChainVol mobile application (“App”) or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App or website.

2. Description of Service

ChainVol is a cryptocurrency analytics platform that provides:

  • Chain Studio — a professional graphical terminal with 6 analytical tabs
  • Smart Markers and Smart Context for market analysis
  • Real-time market data from Coinbase and Kraken
  • Non-custodial cryptocurrency swap services via ChangeNOW
  • News aggregation with sentiment analysis from CryptoCompare
  • Technical indicators (RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, Moving Averages)

ChainVol PRO additionally provides advanced features:

  • Spoofing Detection — 4 real-time algorithms (Vanishing Walls, Layering, Shifting Walls, Absorption)
  • Liquidity Heatmap — Thermal Map and Order Map dual-layer system
  • Pattern Statistics Dashboard — aggregated spoofing analytics and Manipulation Risk assessment
  • AI-Powered Analysis via Google Gemini
  • Volume Profile (VPVR) visualization
  • Smart Alerts with multi-condition combinations
  • Daily Tactical Briefing

ChainVol is an analytical tool only. It does not provide financial advice, portfolio management, or automated trading services.

3. Not Financial Advice

ChainVol follows the philosophy: “Manual analysis first, automation assists.” The App provides market data, charts, indicators, and analysis tools for informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and speculative. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ChainVol. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. User Accounts

ChainVol uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication by default. You may also sign in with email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. Cryptocurrency Swaps

ChainVol facilitates non-custodial cryptocurrency swaps through ChangeNOW. By using the swap feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Swaps are processed by ChangeNOW, a third-party service, and are subject to their terms
  • ChainVol does not hold, control, or custody your funds at any time
  • Exchange rates are provided by ChangeNOW and may fluctuate
  • Transactions on blockchain networks are irreversible once confirmed
  • You are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses
  • Network fees and processing times depend on the blockchain networks involved
  • ChainVol is not liable for any losses resulting from swap transactions

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date market data:

  • Real-time prices are sourced from Coinbase and Kraken and may differ across exchanges
  • Technical indicators are calculated based on available data and may contain inaccuracies
  • News sentiment analysis is automated and may not reflect true market sentiment
  • Fear & Greed Index and other aggregate metrics are provided by third-party sources
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data

8. Intellectual Property

ChainVol, including its design, code, Chain Studio interface, Smart Context system, Smart Markers, and all associated branding, is the intellectual property of ChainVol. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its source code
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the ChainVol brand, logo, or name without written permission
  • Create derivative works based on the App

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Use automated bots or scripts to access the App
  • Use the App to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
  • Abuse the referral program through fake accounts or manipulation

10. Subscription and Payments

ChainVol offers optional PRO subscription tiers with additional features. Subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's payment terms.

10.1 Pricing and Billing

  • Monthly plan: $9.99/month
  • Annual plan: $99.99/year (save 17%)
  • Prices are in USD and may vary by region due to Google Play localization
  • Billing occurs through your Google Play account

10.2 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store → Subscriptions
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain PRO access until then

10.3 No Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • ChainVol does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated payments for partially used billing periods, unused PRO features, or subscriptions cancelled before the end of a billing cycle
  • ChainVol does not process payments directly and is unable to issue refunds itself — all payments are handled by the Google Play Store
  • Any refund request is handled solely by Google at its discretion and is subject to Google Play Store policies and the applicable Google Play refund period
  • Downtime, service interruptions, bugs, errors, or temporary unavailability of features do not entitle you to a refund

10.4 Feature Access

  • PRO features are available immediately upon subscription activation
  • Upon subscription expiry or cancellation, PRO features revert to free-tier functionality
  • We reserve the right to modify PRO features with reasonable notice to subscribers

11. Service Availability, Updates, and Maintenance

ChainVol is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the App, including PRO features, will be available, stable, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free at all times. By using ChainVol, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The App may experience outages, downtime, delays, slowdowns, or interruptions, including those caused by maintenance, infrastructure failures, or factors outside our control
  • We may update, modify, patch, or release new versions of the App at any time, and such updates may temporarily disrupt service or change existing functionality
  • Updates, new releases, or changes to the App may introduce bugs, errors, defects, or unexpected behavior, and certain features may not work as intended during or after an update
  • We rely on third-party services (including ChangeNOW, Firebase, Google Play, RevenueCat, exchanges, and data providers), and interruptions or failures in those services may affect the availability or performance of ChainVol
  • We do not warrant that any defect or error will be corrected, or that the App will be compatible with every device, operating system version, or configuration
  • We may suspend, limit, or discontinue the App or any of its features, in whole or in part, with or without notice

Service interruptions, downtime, bugs, or errors do not constitute a breach of these Terms and do not entitle you to any refund, credit, or compensation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • ChainVol is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind
  • We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from use of the App or reliance on its data
  • We are not responsible for third-party services (ChangeNOW, Firebase, exchanges)
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChainVol, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App ceases immediately
  • Local data on your device remains until you uninstall the App
  • You may request deletion of any backend data associated with your account

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.
