Account & Data Deletion

Request deletion of your ChainVol account and associated data

1. What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

  • Firebase account and authentication data
  • Swap transaction history
  • Smart Markers and scenarios
  • Referral program data
  • Push notification tokens
  • All user preferences and settings

2. What Is NOT Stored

The following data is not stored by ChainVol and therefore is not applicable to the deletion process:

  • Payment information — handled entirely by Google Play
  • Wallet addresses — not retained after swap completion

3. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and all associated data:

  • Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”
  • Include the email address or user identifier associated with your account
  • You will receive a confirmation email once we begin processing your request

4. Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. During processing, your account may be deactivated to prevent further data collection.
